Guests choose from six safari tents — including Cherry, Oak, Willow, Ash, and Elm, some with electric hookups — or the Fox Den Studio Suite, a one-bedroom, one-bath studio with kitchenette overlooking Seneca Lake. Tents feature dressed beds with upscale linens, and guests share a modern bathhouse with hot water and flushing toilets, an outdoor kitchen and bar area, and private fire pits with s'more kits. Complimentary breakfast boxes arrive at 8am, and the grounds include walking trails, a stocked fishing pond, 5G WiFi, and device chargers. Pets and families are welcome, with two-night minimum stays (three on holidays).
