By using USA Glamping Directory, you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain English, because a free directory shouldn't need a law degree to use.
What this site is
USA Glamping Directoryis a free informational directory of glamping accommodations in the United States. We are not a booking platform, travel agent, or party to any reservation. Every listing links out to the property's own website or booking page; any booking you make is a transaction between you and that property, on that property's terms.
Accuracy of listings — verify before you book
Listing data comes from public and open sources — including the federal Recreation Information Database (RIDB) and OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL)) — as well as submissions from property owners. We work to keep it current, but open data can lag reality: properties close, prices change, amenities come and go, and coordinates can be imprecise.
Always confirm availability, pricing, amenities, policies, and directions directly with the property before booking or traveling.
Third-party websites
Links from listings lead to websites we don't own or control. We're not responsible for their content, their booking systems, their privacy practices, or anything that happens during your stay. A link in the directory is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality.
Featured placements are labeled
Our revenue comes from optional paid Featured placements, which give a listing priority position on relevant pages. Any such placement is always marked with a visible “Sponsored” label. Payment buys position, never a disguised recommendation — and free listings are never removed or hidden to make room for paid ones.
Corrections and listing removal
If a listing about your property is inaccurate, or you want it removed from the directory entirely, submit a request through the contact form using the “Listing correction” or “Remove my property” topic. Include the listing name and location so we can find it. We honor removal requests from property owners.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the site: no scraping at volumes that degrade service for others, no submitting listings for properties you don't own or represent, no false correction or removal requests, and no using our forms to send spam or unlawful content. We may decline, edit, or remove any submission or listing at our discretion.
No warranty
The directory is provided “as is” and free of charge, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on listing information, or dealings with any listed property.
Attribution
Some location data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), used under the Open Database License. Federal recreation data comes from the public RIDB dataset. Photos and descriptions submitted by owners remain theirs; by submitting, owners grant us permission to display that content in the directory.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the directory evolves. Changes take effect when posted here, with the date above updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
