We're a directory, not a booking platform. Travelers browse for free and book direct with the property. Owners list for free, forever. That's the whole model — here's how it plays out for each side.
For travelers
Three steps, zero fees.

Browse for free
Search by state, accommodation type, or keyword. Every published listing is open to everyone — no account, no paywall, no gated results.

Click through to the property
Each listing links out to the property's own website or booking page. What you see there — rates, availability, policies — comes straight from the source.

Book direct with the host
You book on the property's site, on their terms. We add no service fee, take no commission, and never touch your payment.
For property owners

Get listed — free, forever
Submit your property and, once reviewed, it's published at no cost. Free listings don't expire, and we'll never charge you to stay in the directory.

Claim and polish your listing
Already on the map from open data? Claim your listing through the submission form to correct details, add photos, and point travelers to your booking page.

Optional: Featured placement
We plan to offer paid Featured placement — priority position on relevant pages, always marked with a visible “Sponsored” label. It's the directory's only revenue, it's entirely optional, and free listings are never removed or hidden to make room.
We never handle bookings
Reservations, payments, and cancellations all happen on the property's own site. Confirm dates, rates, and policies with them directly.
Sponsored means sponsored
Any listing that pays for Featured placement carries a clear “Sponsored” label. Paid placement never disguises itself as an editorial pick or a rating.
