Lake Anna State Park, 3,127 acres with 10 miles of frontage on the 13,000-acre Lake Anna in Spotsylvania County, offers four yurts and six camping cabins. Each yurt sleeps three (maximum four) with a queen bed and twin trundle, plus a wooden deck, picnic table, fire ring and cooking grill; there is no electricity, water, heat or air conditioning, and the season runs from the first Friday in March through the first Sunday in December. The six camping cabins (sites 51-56) sleep up to four on two sets of bunk beds with mattresses, and include a table, chairs, porch, screened windows and fire ring; guests use nearby campground bathhouses. The park has an unguarded swimming beach set in mixed hardwood and pine forest.
