Kitsap Memorial State Park near Poulsbo rents four cabins (C1-C4) in forest beside a saltwater beach with views across Hood Canal. Each cabin has electric heat and air conditioning and sleeps up to five guests, furnished with a bunk bed that sleeps three, a futon couch that sleeps two, a small table, a mini-fridge and a microwave. Outside every unit is a picnic table, fire pit and water spigot, with park bathrooms nearby. The park is a popular stop between the Olympic Peninsula and the Kitsap side of Puget Sound, with beachcombing and views of the canal. Pets are allowed in cabin C1 only, for $15 per night with a two-pet maximum.
