Wellesley Island State Park, the largest camping complex in the Thousand Islands, offers 10 cabins and 12 vacation cottages on an island in the St. Lawrence River. Five of the cabins (units 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10) are available year-round; the rest operate late April through late November, at $294-$322 weekly. The two- and three-bedroom cottages are fully outfitted — bathroom with shower, kitchen with refrigerator and stove, bedding, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware — and are available year-round ($620-$1,000 per week depending on size and season), each with a picnic table and ground grill outside. The park adds a beach, full-service marina, nature center and nine-hole golf course. Reserve through Reserve America.
