Valley of the Rogue State Park stretches along three miles of Rogue River shoreline between Gold Hill and Rogue River in southern Oregon, directly off Interstate 5 about halfway between Grants Pass and Medford. The park offers 13 yurts, 6 of them pet-friendly, in a campground that also serves as a launch point for fishing, rafting and jet-boat trips on the famous Rogue. A day-use picnic area and a riverside interpretive trail round out the park. Yurt reservations are required and can be made up to six months in advance through the Oregon State Parks reservation system.
