Treehouse Cove Lodge
Seldovia, AK
About this stay
Treehouse Cove Lodge is a private, all-inclusive wilderness retreat on Kachemak Bay near Seldovia, Alaska — a small village reachable only by water. Hosts Captain Scott and Janet Ogan, lifelong Alaskans with more than 35 years on the bay, welcome just one party of two to six guests at a time. Lodging includes a hand-built treehouse set among ancient Sitka spruce above Seldovia Bay, sleeping four, and a waterfront beach house with mountain views and direct beach access. A new cookhouse and dining cabin provides a hot shower and flush toilet, and home-cooked meals feature fresh ingredients and the daily catch. Stays include offshore fishing for halibut, salmon, and rockfish aboard a custom 28-foot aluminum landing craft, plus whale watching, kayaking, wildlife viewing, and UTV exploration.
