"Andy" Guest, Jr. Shenandoah River State Park, 1,619 acres on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River with 5.2 miles of shoreline, offers three yurts and four camping cabins between Front Royal and Luray. Each yurt sleeps three maximum (one queen bed, one twin trundle) with a wooden deck, picnic table, charcoal grill and fire ring; two are in the River Right campground and one handicapped-accessible unit is in the RV area, with a two-night minimum stay. The camping cabins sleep up to four on two sets of bunk beds, with a small porch, screened windows and exterior picnic table and fire ring but no bathroom, kitchen or climate control. The park offers views of Massanutten Mountain and Shenandoah National Park.
