Set along 3 miles of sandy Lake Huron shoreline at the tip of Michigan's Thumb, Port Crescent State Park offers two accessible geodesic domes in the center of its modern campground, with spruce paneling, skylights and Lake Huron views. Each dome sleeps up to four with a queen bed and two cot-style bunks, and has air conditioning, heat, a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge; the grey Voyager dome has modern furnishings and the gold Nomad traditional ones. The park also rents an ADA-accessible mini cabin sleeping four, Camper Cabin E sleeping six with two bedrooms, five two-room cottage cabins sleeping up to six, and full-amenity Cottage H with a full bathroom, kitchen and air conditioning. The park is a dark sky preserve.
