Pearl Lake State Park Yurts
Clark, CO
About this stay
Pearl Lake State Park, about 25 miles north of Steamboat Springs near Clark, rents two yurts that Colorado Parks and Wildlife says deliver a backcountry experience while sitting only half a mile off the beaten path. The yurts are reservable year-round and come equipped with electric heat and power, beds, and tables and chairs, with a picnic table and fire ring outside. In winter the yurts remain open but guests reach them by snowshoe, ski, or snowmobile, making them a popular base for ice fishing and snowmobiling; in summer the quiet lake is managed for fly and lure fishing with cutthroat trout. Reservations are handled through Colorado's official cpwshop.com system.
