The handcrafted yurt sleeps up to six and, like the property's other off-grid stays (a vintage school bus and a tipi), features bedrooms, basic bathroom facilities, and a wood-burning stove for cozy off-grid comfort in every season. The land itself is the main amenity: hiking trails, mountain fishing ponds, and the waterfall on Langdon Brook are all on or beside the property, with skiing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing trails nearby in winter. Toad Hill also hosts a summer music festival and offers on-site classes and guided adventures, making it as much a small outdoor community as a place to sleep.
