The three-season cottages come in one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom-with-loft configurations and accommodate two to six people. Each unit includes a living room, bedroom(s), full kitchen, bathroom and screened porch with bay views. For 2026, nightly rates run $225-$250 for one-bedroom units, $255-$285 for two-bedroom and $285-$320 for the loft cottages, varying by peak and non-peak dates. The park, once a 19th-century estate, also offers a swimming beach, trails and a traditional campground. Reservations are made through Reserve America.
