The operation offers four rustic yurts outfitted with bunk beds, a lantern, a cook stove, and a wood stove for heat; there is no running water or electricity, so guests bring their own water, bedding, fuel, and firewood. New for 2025, the property also offers van camping and tent areas with level parking, fire rings, picnic tables, and pit toilets. The owners describe it as camping with style, and the mesa as a destination in its own right rather than just a base for Zion. Best visited March through May and late September through November; closed in July and August.
