Alpenglow Luxury Camping is an off-grid, sustainably built glamping homestead in Glacier View, Alaska, near the Matanuska Glacier. Guests stay in luxury canvas tents in two styles: Glacier View tents sleeping three with a queen and twin bed and glacier and valley views, and Mountain View tents sleeping two with a queen bed and forest and mountain views. Every tent has a private deck with Adirondack chairs, plus linens, towels, and down comforters, with shared shower and toilet facilities nearby. Stays include a complimentary made-to-order hot breakfast and fresh Alaskan coffee, and guests can soak in a handmade cedar hot tub or gather at the common area's fire pit, with wood provided. The property partners with MICA Guides for glacier adventures, and a helicopter-access remote glacier camp is available. Children must be at least eight years old.
